Protect your sample preparation equipment by scanning all sample bags before entering the bags into your sample preparation system.

The metal safe detector is fitted to a conveyor that is on castors so that the entire unit can be moved around the laboratory if required. The conveyor belt height and incline is also fully adjustable.

The belt speed is adjustable and an audible alarm indicates if the sample bag has any metallic components present in the bag. To the right is a pic of some metallic parts found at one laboratory after just a few weeks.
