MS software and results management software. IMP also ensures that the software provided integrates to the clients existing systems such as LIMS and plant control systems.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

IMP has a team of experienced technicians able to service, repair and upgrade all components delivered to customers. The IMP team offers service contracts to meet each and every customer's stringent requirements. The service not only includes a breakdown service but also offers annual services of instruments and telephonic support. Technicians are able to advise on spares requirements for various instruments. Continuous on-site operational support can be provided. The IMP team of technicians has extensive training and experience which is reinforced regularly with ongoing training from suppliers and manufacturers.

PRE-INSTALLATION SYSTEM TESTING

Prior to delivery to the customer, the entire project is tested with all logistical interfaces such as pneumatic tube conveyors, robots and other transport systems in place and the system is put through its paces. This test performed under realistic conditions, ensures trouble free integration of the new system into the existing environment at the customer's plant or laboratory.
